alpine door speakers

alpine door speakers does anybody know if i can disconnect all the other speakers and use the wires from those speakers and run a second pair of alpines? i'd like to use the hatch speaker wires for the tweeter portion of the alpine and the sail panel sub wires for the midbass portion of the alpine. i don't know if this will work or if this will blow the speakers? all i'm running are my front 2 speakers and a sub right now, and i'd like a little more of that surround sound feeling. those back hatch speakers just suck at high volumes.
