Horn clicks, but thats it. I was ridding with a friend and when we drove off his car made my alarm go off, when I come back I get something out of the car and when I lock it, it makes no sound. When I push on the steering wheel I can hear it clicking, but thats it.

What are you hearing click, the horn relay, or the horn itself? If it's the horn itself, chances are it's gone bad. Check for power and ground at the horn connector to eliminate the rest of the components in the system.
