Default bypassing monsoon amp?

I am installing a new head unit and speakers and i pulled out all of the monsoon stuff. I want to use the factory wires. my question is do i just connect the speaker inputs to the outputs from the monsoon amp acording to this chart...
http://www.houston-f-body.org/tech/m.../AmpCamaro.htm
Should I ignore the subwoofer wires??
Thanks, Justin

You should wire it according to the chart if you are using the factory sub and amp.

if you are adding in your own subs and amp later, than I wouldn't wire them up.
