Default 6x9's on rear cargo cover, new ?

greetings, several months ago , i did my research here and w/some very good advice spent around 700 on an JBL amp and some tarantula speakers and deleted teh back ones in my 2001 Z (w/monsoon). i have blown one of the sail spkrs and i am sending it back (warranty). but i have a brand new set of infinity 6935i's i was thinking of installing. i had thought of buying some basic pre-fab 6x9 boxes for them and setting them in teh back seats. but then i thought it would look nice on the cargo cover. any ideas/suggestions. and thanks to the folks who chimed in earlier this year , the system sounds awsome.

Putting a free air speaker inside an enclosure sounds terriable. Look into a stealth box if your looking for more bass. Check out the sticky

I think there is a TA around town that did something similar but he may have had enclosures fabbed up. Dunno how it sounds though, not a bad idea...

thanks luna, i saw some basic boxes for 6x9's at wal mart for about 20 bucks, they are gray and would match my interior, i just hate to let good spkrs sit there.
