How many miles does it have? When was the last time the bulbs were changed?

If you replaced the bulbs and everything works, I wouldn't really worry. Unless the same bulbs go out again soon.

Just replace the bulbs yourself.

There's a flap on a panel on the bottom of the car below the fog lights that you can loosen by removing 2 10mm bolts.
Open the flap, and there's your access to the fog light and blinkers.

If you replace the bulbs and everything works, you have no problems.

Bulbs:
Turn Signals - 3157
Marking Lights - 194
Fog Lights - 894
