Question Best spot for subwoofer ?

Ok, as of now, I have a single 10" JLW3V2 in a subthump stealthbox powered by an Alpine MRP-M350 Amp... Now, if I crank up the bass a little more than 1/4th, the thing rattles the area above the gas tank like nutz!!

I remember when I was running a Pioneer Premier 12" in a box place behind the rear seats [ and the cone firing towards the hatch-glass] there was no rattle and it *might* have sounded more tight too..

So, this has me wondering if I should just get the T-Top box from Subthump and do away with the stealthbox set up ?

Pls post your thoughts...

Thanks!

If you hear rattling or vibrations, you can buy dampener that will make it go away.

What kind of dampaner? I put batting in my sub housing thinking it would make it tighter and that's when I got my rattle.
