I've got an alpine head unit as well. Buttons match perfectly. I think mine is a cda-9833 or 9388. Either way, most of the radios that have a spectrum to choose from 128, 256, etc. have perfect matches for our lights.

Alpine is top o the line IMO but I personally would want a double din unit to fill the whole area where the dash is, which is why I'm looking into an eclipse nav system
If you decide to go alpine, you'll never go back Best Aftermarket HU I've ever owned/recomended.

how are you goin to fit a double din? we have 1 1/2 din openings. alpine makes some very nice lookin headunits. i was goin to get the CDA9855, but i decided on the Clarion DXZ945MP instead. i would of been happy with either

According to my father-in-law who is the purchasing manager ( used to be an installer and such ) for a local audio shop here he was recomending the ECLIPSE AVN5435 AM/FM/CD/DVD NAVIGATION UNIT 6.5" touch screen, he said he's had quite a few installed in GM dashes and they fit like a glove.

My bad, the double din's don't fit, he came out and looked at my car today when we were over for a family get together. It is a din and a half, the ones he's installed them in have been in the hummers and GM trucks ( I believe )
