Default Need Help on Deciding on Amp

Hey everyone,

I am looking for your honest opinion, whether its professional expertise, personal experience, or personal preferences.

My setup is as follows
Pioneer P-770MP
Memphis M-Class 6.5" (rec 75-100w RMS)
Memphis M-Class 10" DVC Sub (rec 400wRMS)

My PG amp took a dump, so I'm debating on going with a 5 Channel Kicker 700.5, or a Kicker 350.4/Kicker 400.1 combo, or Memphis Belle 5 Channel, 16-MCH600

Each of these amps delivers the recommended power, Kicker a little more than the Memphis. The shop is offering me 400$ all inclusive for the 700.5, and $450 for the Memphis Belle, and $450 for the two separate amps. This includes over the counter exchange. I am most likely installing them on a subthump amp rack.

Which one (if any, list what you'd rather have if you don't like these) would you pick, and where would you prefer buying it from?

I value your opinions!

You can get that same kicker amp on ebay for about $280.
