Which wire in steering column is hot?

Which wire is hot??? Does anyone know which whire coming off of the 2 connectors for the ignition (key) on the top of the steering column is a hot in bulb test/run/start? I know there are other small wires that are hot just the same but i would rather run it from one of the smaller gauged wires. Or does anyone have a wiring diagram for this or the column?
