Unhappy how do I comepletely disable factory alarm?

I have a 1998 transam and I want to completely disable the alarm system...is there a wire I can disconnect or cut to kill it? If so, where is it and what does it look like?

The factory alarm is part of the BCM and can't be disabled by disconnecting wires. However, it can be programmed off as shown in your owners manual or in this post. Program the Theft Deterrent Arming Method to 1 (off) to disable the alarm.
