Default how's this setup?

SPS-170A 6.5" Alpine Type-S speakers (front)
already have some Pioneer's in the back
MRP-F240 Alpine V12 4-channel amp (50 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms)
S10L5 10" L5 Solo-baric sub in DS stealthbox
MRP-M350 Alpine V12 mono amp (350 watts RMS)

Any thoughts?

Type R's definitely have better power handling, and will yield you more lows, but the type S are good for the price, and have better highs IMO.... since you have a sub already, i'd stick with the type S; i think the Rs might have issues fitting in the doors because of their magnet size anyway... although anything is possible with some modification

I'm too lazy to look up both mounting depths, but I have the Adire Audio Kodas in my doors without modifications.

Any reason you're going with the Alpine V12 amps?

type-r's wont fit in the front without modification. im looking for something i can just throw in there without having to worry about fitment.

As for the amps, ive had luck with v12's in the past.

Alpine Type-R
Woofer Mounting Depth (mm) : 76.2mm

Adire Audio Koda
Woofer Mounting Depth (mm): 74.5mm

I doubt that 1.7mm is going to break you.
