Default Ok guys help me out with figuring out speaker/amp impedance.

Im looking at getting 2 subs down to 1 ohm load. Would I want 2 4 ohm DVC subsd or 2 2 ohm DVC subs? Im thinking the 2 ohm ones but not sure.

If you have 2 subs with 2 voice coils all wired in parallel, you would use 4 ohm speakers to get 1 ohm load.

[2] 4 ohm coils wired in parallel is a 2 ohm load at the wire and 1 ohm on a bridged amp.
