Default Polyfill ???

I finally got another sub for Christmas. I have a 10 inch wood driver-side stealthbox in my TA.

Does polyfill and that sort of stuff really make a noticeable difference in bass, or is it not worth doing? Since I have a new sub, I was thinkin about adding polyfill when i put the new sub in. Any recommendations?

Yes it lowers the final QTC of the box.
As a result it make the box seem bigger then it really is.
I would do it since that stealth box is only .4 cu ft
