Default Steering wheel switch wiring

Just got a new Eclipse CD8445 and it has wiring to use the steering controls. Not sure it will work but what wires control the steering wheel switches at the headunit connector? (search function is still inop)

I found that pin 14 (Dark Blue) on C3 is the steering wheel control input but doesnt seem to show a ground. Can anyone shed more light on the issue?

Still playing with that setup? The docs for wiring a Pac SWI-X control unit shows using the Dark Blue for the interface connection and a chassis ground. No ground is being used from the harness. I would think it would be the same for your setup?

^ Thanks for the link... I wa thinking it would have to work like that.... I'll give it a try and see if it works.

Well, just called a local Eclipse dealer and they stated the wiring only works for toyotas. I dunno, I'll try it anyway.
