Default Have you guys replaced the speakers in the hatch?

I think they are 4 ohm's so I am guessing that any 4" replacement would work in that spot right? I never hear anyone talking about replacing them? Is it worth replacing them? Thanks, Lata, Ark

Honestly I think those little speakers in the hatch sound better than the other speakers that have been replaced elsewhere I personally have had no reason to replace them and I dont think I will. But I'm sure someone has done it

I replaced mine with Alpine SPS-100A's. It really made a difference. My Monsoon system was seriously lacking in the midrange frequencies before the upgrade.

When I swapped out my speakers & amped them, I just disconnected the ones in back. They're basically useless anyways.
