Easy. Kill switch. Look up 1320 (Jon) on LVFbody or Scott Gafforini(sp?)(at the speed way). I'm sure either one of them could come up with one somewhere for you. you can have it work in 2 ways.

1. Everytime you start the car, you have to activate it
2. Just when you set it to "off".

My TA has one, the ghetto-scort does not...but people look at it and are surprised it runs, so at least I know its safe.

On my old cruisemobile I rigged a kill switch with a
SPDT center-off switch so that center was kill, right
applied fuel pump power to the fuel pump and left
applied fuel pump power to the horns. Though the
only person who's ever set the horn off is my drunk
evil twin.

That will work too...They'll never move the car. I swear my left leg is built up hard core from pushing that thing in.

Get one of those 1 farad capacitors for car stereo's and run the to leads to the door handle. Put a switch on the hot side. When you get out turn the switch on. Then when someone grabs the door handle. That capacitor will discharge and shock the **** out of them.

Put spinners on it so that they think a black guy owns it. I wouldn't mess with a black guy's car.

Get one of the "boot" things that cops put on the wheel of your car. Also known as "clamps" i think. I've seen them for sale for about $100 used.

Whatever happened to people recommending that Ravelco anti-theft device? Wasn't that supposedly "impossible" (read: harder) to crack?

I PULL FUSES AND HAVE A STARTER KILL SWITCH HIDDEN. If a crook wants it bad enough, then it is good as gone. Have plenty of insurance.
