Doubt it'll get quieter if installed correctly. What brand did you install?

asc83 - Get one locally with a lifetime warranty so you'll never have to pay for one again.

it's gotta lifetime warranty. it doesn't make any weird sounds, it's just loud. the motor functions correctly, and the window goes up and down just fine. i think it's an ac delco or some ****. whatever checker's brand is. with my military discount it was like 40 bucks.

I got mine at autozone for around $50.00 and when I installed it it was twice as loud as factory but also twice as fast so now I dont know if the factory passenger side is ready to go or if the one from autozone is just better.
