Pin #10 right out of the lower (red) connector on the PCM. It's a white wire that will be tapped and go to the tach signal on your tach/shift light.
#28 on the Blue connector is HO2S Signal Low Bank 1 Sensor 2
and on the Red it's Ignition Control 6. STAY AWAY FROM THESE!!!
Pin #10 is the Engine Speed (Tach) Output Signal.

I cant figure the damn thing out if my life depended on it. Here the deal
Spliced all there white wires correctly on the red terminal
Tried all of them to see which would work with shift light set to its lowest rpm setting
It is getting power through a fuse and is grounded properly.
The shift light comes on when the key is turned over .
I have not touched the blue side wires
ITS IS A PROFORM SHIFTLIGHT. Will these work with lsX motors? I was told it has to be on 4 cylinder mode
