Default Trans am 3rd brake light socket part number ?

I have some poor connections on my 3rd brake light bulb sockets. I see I need some new 921 bulbs but what is the socket. Is it a t10, t3 .25, t15. I'd like to buy new gm ones and wire them in but I can't find what the base is called and I don't want aftermarket sockets.

The original GM part number is 12141388 which is still available but has also been superseded by 88986416. Each are $30+ online. The AC-Delco original part number is LS44 which is available from Rock Auto for about $24. It is also available from Walmart for about $27 so the price is fairly consistent (and not cheap).

Wow thank you. What is the base called if I want to go generic. 24 a rip is crazy. I guess they don't need to fit perfect and seal bc I don't get the car wet.

The 921 bulb is a T-5 but it will also fit in a T-3-1/4 socket as used for 194 and 168 bulbs.
