Default gauge cluster LED wont light up

I installed my hyper-white gauge cluster LEDs from LEDgauges (which look beautiful) but one doesn't want to turn on. I've tried taking it out and flipping it around in the seat with the same result. Even replaced the LED with one of the working bulbs I took out and it still didn't work which really baffles me. Would it be the metal seat that somehow quit working?

You need to just keep playing with it, make sure those metal tongs are touching the silver metal strip on the cluster.
