Brutal LS1

The switch SLP sent me is broke and has something rattling inside of it so I'm thinking I can just run to Radio Shack tomorrow and pick up a new switch. What would this switch classify as? Is it a DPDT? On the back there are three black wires along with a red and a white wire. I'm hoping I can just pull them off and plug them in the back of a new switch and I'll be good to go...just would like to know what each one represents.
