Got rain?

The shock sensor under the trim panel in the right hatch area (in front of the spare tire) is known for going crazy when it gets moisture in it. Try unplugging it and see if that solves the problem. If so, then you can try adjusting the sensitivity down (sometimes works), replacing it, or just leaving it disconnected.

i have a similiar problem that when i press my lock button on the remote, it beeps twice, and then the horn(alarm) beeps twice and shuts off. Its like an alarm on my alarm. Kind of annoying but i got used to it, but i disconnected the alarm shock sensor, opened it up, and sure enough, there's corrosion from water getting down in there. I tried to clean it up, didnt solve the problem, so check yours out, try cleaning it to see if its saveable, if not, when you get a new one, try to relocate it or protect from water...

I also have the horn beeping problem. When I use the remote to lock it the horn honks twice every 15-20 seconds. I replaced the batteries in the remotes and have yet to check the sensors. Thats next on my list.

There is only one shock sensor mounted on the right rear wheelwell (in front of the Monsoon amp and spare tire). It gets wet when the hatch is opened during or after a rain - the water misses the drain area along the sides of the hatch opening.

I left the car out in the rain and the alarm just started randomly going off ever 15 minutes. So I just programmed it to be completely disabled. I guess I'll set it up to work again, but disable the shock sensor.
