Default Trying to kill the running lights

I would like to kill the running lights on my T/A. I checked out the sticky and tried the methods described however they must have been written for a camaro because behind my left vent there is no screws that allow me to access the head light switch. I tried removing the panel below the steering wheel to access it from the bottow but couldn't get in there.

I tinted my blinker/running lights and would rather them be black while driving then lit up.

thanks

they mean the vent above the radio, light module is there .
you need to jump the empty port to the ground next to it.
its been a few months since i did it though
