Default PCM hole easy to reach under dash???

well i found the pcm hole from under the hood and want to relocate my slp fan switch wire through that hole and to the stock cigarette lighter hole. i could imagine if i were to squeeze the connector through the hole, i would have to pull it through from the inside and route it how i want it. my question is, where and how easy is it to reach from under the dash?

thanks,
nick

there is a panel under the glovebox that is held in by a few push pins.. undo the panel and you will see the hole (you have to lay down and look up in order to see it).. ill post a pic tomorrow if i remember to take one.

i didnt have a chance to take off that panel and snap a pic.. i had to do some plumbing work for a friend and the usual 4th of july stuff.. and i saw transformers too

you really cant miss the grommet.. if you take out the pcm and see where its at it will make it easier to find from the inside..

ill take a pic tomorrow if i remember

its hard to get up there with the camera, but if you have a flashlight you will be able to see it.. here is the best pick i could get without removing the kick panel (you dont have to remove it to access it, but it makes it easier)

EDIT: this might help

update....well i finally got the time and the parts to configure my slp switch relocation. well i took the pannel under the glove box out and looked up to all the heater and a/c componants. if i am looking up, the hole is closest to the pasanger door right? i even dropped the glove box and looked through with a flashlight. there are wires there in tape and looms but i can't see through the a/c and heater componants. where in this mix is the pcm hole?

take out the pcm and look where it is from the engine compartment.. this will make it easier to locate (you need it out anyways) you need to get on your back and look up behind the glovebox, its way far over to the passengers side of the car, past where your feet go, past the kick panel is.. try feeding it from the outside first, this will make it easier to locate

Just poke a coat hanger through from the engine compartment to see where it comes through.

When I ran my power lines for my new amps, I used a wiring snake through the engine compoartment side to get it all going. Even with the snake running through it, I still couldn't see it from the passenger compartment. A wire snake or a coat hanger from the engine bay is definitely the way to go.
