I have'nt seen in any local auto parts stores any special headlights for F-bodies with flip up headlights.

I mean, I know Camaros you can do silverstars and brighter "Plug and play" lights, but is there any plug and play lighting options for Trans Am headlights?

you have to change away from the sealed bulb, you just need to get the part that runs like 50 bucks and then put what ever you want in

You can get a conversion housing to use newer bulbs or you can go a completely custom route with projectors.
