thats a good spot but the only problem now that i have is that all my wires are already cut because i had my subs in a different car before so now i guess i have to put it were ever i can. But would i be able to ground it under neath the carpet right behind the rear seats?

Although I don't recommend grounding to sheet metal, if you take out the drivers side panel in the rear hatch area and grind off all of the paint right below the rear speakers that makes an accessible grounding spot. You can take out the gas tank spout cover (it is only held in by two screws) and you can run a bolt through the sheet metal and secure it with a locking nut. If you are constrained by the lack of wire, that may be the best bet.
