Big Problem with HIDs
Everytime I start my car, the right HID comes right on, but the left one flickers and glows untill I rev the engine to get the alternator to produce around 14 volts. When at 14 volts, it comes on, but still flickers.
It has been blowing fuses as well. Im on my 4th fuse, I went from 20amp to a 30 amp so It doesnt blow as often.
What is going on with my HIDs? Bad ballist? Bad connector? Ive checked all my connections twice.
Help me out guys.

it's not giving the light a steady voltage thats why it's flickering
also when you rev it it's just spiking the voltage thats why it lights
