Here's my old setup with two 12"s in a Q-Logic box. Two W6s and a bd1500 and a cap. Box is for sale. I don't take my T-tops out very often and when I did I'd just put them in the backseat.

put them on the shelf. i have 2 15's up there without a problem. also have had a single 12 there, 2 12s and ive recently moved the 15s into the backseat, however 2 12s fit great on the shelf

I guess I'm alone on this but I like the look of the Q-Logic box over the Subthump and to me the t top storage is overrated. Is there anything in the subthump box to keep the t-tops from slapping against each other or a divider or something? When I rarely removed my t-tops I would put them in towels in the backseat or leave them at home, that seemed better than stuffing them in a slot under under a speaker box though that wasn't an option the q-logic but I considered both before buying the q-logic.
