It takes awhile to go threw - us.customs -since it's coming from Canada. They have to search all packages. I live in Michigan and I waited about 3 weeks. You could also give them a call and find out if they shipped it.

I'd call them as just to check on it. You've waited 3 weeks not 3 days so they shouldn't be suprised you called. Hell, I'd call too.

Going on 4 weeks for me! I called and Mark assured me it was mailed out and would take a while to clear customs. I sure hope it is as nice as everyone says they are.

Mine took about three weeks to get to me after I paid through Paypal, don't worry you'll get it.

I'm sure what's probably making it take a little longer is that you sent them a check, it might be a good idea to give them a call to see if the payment was received.

HUmount.com install link isn't working. Is there any cutting to the car needed to fit a deck in the flush faceplate (any depth issues behind the factory head unit?).

I had to take the little tab out of the back, but I installed it in a parking lot with a pocket knife. Make sure you have a good set of wire strippers to get the lines tapped in, and for good measure some extra wire for the ground. I just plugged the power wire into my amp-on line, since I'm sure it doesn't take much power.

FINALLY got here,on my birthday no less...

Very nice piece but it doesnt 100% accept my head unit, but i think if i took a hair dryer to it and heated up the metal the HU would slide right in....

Going to the install shop tomorrow, wish me luck
