I like the usb front input.
I never heard of this company and wondering if anyone has experience with the brand.

I LOVE having a USB port on my alpine...but I gotta say, I'd HATE it if it was on the dash. I LOVE having the USB on a cable (from the back of the deck) that I can hide. I have it coming out just under the side of my console, people can't tell it's there, but it's really easy for me to get to it and change the thumb drive when I want to...it'd be annoying to have it sticking out of the face.

all i have to say is that that hu is not powerful since it is putting out 4x25 as opposed to my sony doing 52x4. its not sat ready so in the case you want sat radio you will have to have all the junk hanging everywhere. spend another 50 dollars and go to best buy and get a sony. it doesnt havea usb port but it has an aux input and subout and audio in and cd changer. ihave a module you can buy from me that goes through the sony hu and has a usb port.
ALSO!!! very important. in the event of changing your hu out. the stock monsoons will sound like crap and be very high pitched. i bypassed the amp in the back ripped it outand installed all new speakers. infinity reference two sets of 6.5 a set of 4in and a 10 sub. go that route.

Never heard of that mfg. but at $79 I'd stay away and buy a higher quality HU from a reputable mfg. that has the same features.
The factory HU is the weak point in the GM system - buying another 'crappy' quality HU isn't gonna solve the problem

that thing looks like sony and pioneer had too many drinks one night and then woke up the next day asking what the hell happened last night?! as far as the brand though...i thought i saw almani on some guys rims once?

That brand is better known as swap meet equipment. You would be better off with a 99$ pioneer than a 300$ almani. Ive seen their equipment (amp) in use, its horrible stuff.

Im surprised at the price, don't know about the quality, the design is nice too. I've seen in the Sunday adds cheap car stereos for sale around the same price as this one, nice looking too.
