Tweeter pod - a pillar clearance

Default Tweeter pod - a pillar clearance
On my drivers side, my tweeter pod (by Mike) is RIGHT up against the A-pillar. Gonna need to trim the mounting cup for my tweeter on that side. But on the passenger side, I have tons of clearance. Anything I can do about this? The pods look exactly the same.
