One head light wont go up or down

One head light wont go up or down 98 pontiac t/a ws6
i hit a pot hole
and one headlight didnt go down and i put it down manualy and it wont go back up with the switch. The fuse looks fine. is it the motor or just like the connection?

First, never trust a fuse that looks fine. Fuses often look fine when they're actually blown. Always use a tester or replace the fuse with a known good one.
Second, did you check one of the two headlight door mini-fuses (left or right as necessary) in electrical junction block #1 under the hood on the left fenderwell?
