as far as RF or MTX...I'd go MTX all the way. I've always disliked RF...but from what I've seen here locally the MTX amps are pretty awesome. MTX is all my buddy has in his car and boy does it jam.

I've had both I'm currently using two RF. They are the brand new models and so far out perform any other amp I've had. It all depends on what you are trying to push. Let me know I'll try to help you out.

If you go RF, go with the power line. Both are good amps for the money.

If I had to pick one of the two, I vote RF.

Why not give Orion or Pheonix Gold a try.

Are you looking for an amp to power your components or subwoofers?

Then you could use a single 4-channel amp. Use the front two channels for the components and bridge the rear channels for the sub.

I have a Fosgate punch 50 X 4 for sale I think its a 400a model or something I'd have to check.... It would be 50 for each fronts and 200 for the sub I believe. It sounds great I'm just going to go with buy an alpine 5 channel right now I'm running the Fosgate to power my MB quartz 6.5 components and bridged the rear to my MTX sub which likes alot of Juice but the Fosgate still thumps!! I also have a PPI power series 25 x 2 amp for sale basically new very nice amp I'd sell for 65 bucks! The box has a sale price of 250!!! The fosgate I'd sell for 115.

Thanks,

Bob

This discussion is pointless. They are so similar, what you are hearing is a matter of what each person has in there car. When selecting an amp, make sure:
1.) You aren't buying it from walmart or buying something that should be sold at walmart.
2.) It is the power you want
3.) It looks the way you want it to look.
4.) It is the cheapest one that meets these criteria.

Hate to say it boys; but that's the truth.
