Default New Deck, now no bass

I just installed a Pioneer p6000-ub in my car so that I could put my iPod in the glove box, because I hate messing with cds. But now I have no bass, and was wondering how I can fix this problem. I replaced the front speakers with Infinity Kappa somethings about 7 months ago.
Thanks

Have you made adjustments to the new headunit yet? You have to adjust the new units EQ settings otherwise everything is set flat.

What did you do to fix this? Just want to add to my list of trouble shooting ideas.
