Default HID problem in my Regal.

Hey guys. Here is my post on regalgs.org.

"I've had my kit from WBody for about a month and a half now, and it has been working great. They worked fine last night, but when I got into the car tonight they wouldn't turn on. High beams worked fine (only have HID's in lows) but the lows wouldn't turn on. I have the heavy duty wiring harness, and also have the light flashes disabled. I went through and checked all fuses and connections and everything was fine. Any idea what the problem could be?"

I'm at school and don't have access to a voltmeter right now.. I'm gonna check that tomorrow when I get home. I was thinking either the ballasts or the relay..
