That was a pretty close race. So are you a Honda guy? I couldn't really tell which side you were on there.

Im sorry but i agree with this guy, that camaro couldn't have been cammed. Unless the honda had a bowling ball sized turbo which it didn't sound like it.

I don't like FWD cars even if they do make big power because they usually don't put it down. And if they do they break parts and torque steer and all the rest of that BS. Most of the fast Honda's you see are roll racers soley. Its just not for me. But everybody's allowed their opinion.

THe Camaro is Cammed. and the Civic has a 60trim turbo. Big enough for decent power.

60 trim...I think a buddy of mine is running that on his crx. Stock d motor, trapping consistant 112s at 4500'+ DA, and has a 115 trap under his belt in Phoenix. His best ET is 12.1. I could see a turbo honda...especially one built for it (can't see vid lol), hanging with a cammed ls1. Now H/C/I...that is different. That will take alot of work to hang with IMO.

Gotta love the sound of that I4

I'm sorry, but that combined with FWD leads me to dislike almost every honda (minus the s2000 and NSX)...

What was up with that Honda driver anyway? Were they running out of room or does he only have two gears

http://s250.photobucket.com/albums/g...t=SD531024.flv

tell that civic to race a real cammed ls1..

as for the races.....
what was that? 40-90?
as soon as the civic started coming back up, they shut down.. nobody really even was a clear winner.

Looks like they ran to the end of the Civic's 4th gear (~120-125mph) which makes sense, because 5th gear would be overdrive. But it honestly looked like the Civic might have been a bit faster.
