Came across an 08 Viper...
Coming home from work this evening I exited I-10 Baytown, only to see what I first thought was a new Z with a red SS behind him. Normally I go right but since they were getting on the highway I took the u-turn instead.
As I got closer I saw it was a Viper, dark grey with black rims. The SS also had some fresh track numbers. I entered first with the viper close behind. As it opended up, he crept up beside me. He at first didn't seem interested ignoring me, talking on his cell. I found it hard to believe considering it was a guy guy maybe thirty with a buddy riding shotgun in a new viper.
However once he finished talking, he was game. At 55 (3rd gear) I honked it off, and it was on! He immediately pulled half a car but when I hit full boost I started pulling. I shut it down when I wrapped out 4th (~110mph) with what looked like a couple cars.
The guy was pretty damn cool and complimented my car. No doubt I love my car but I wouldn't of thought twice about trading for his Viper, lol.

Atleast the NSX is still alive...I love those cars lol. I know not fast, but I just love the lines and style....can't get over the price tag for them though. Still defending his Vipers though.....atleast he is consistant lol. Hopefully if he does get a 2008 srt10.......it wont be wrecked like the others.

Don't invoke his name.
He's really an embarrassment to most Viper owners. He wrecked two basically stock cars street racing them. We really don't want him on our team.

I haven't ran my car down the track yet. It has full suspension as I had planned to start taking it when I still had the nitrous setup. Since my car is a daily and I have little kids I really don't want a cage. I even had some torque thrust ll big and skinnies made to fit my car but have never used them. They still have the paper on the tires, lol. As far as weight goes, I'd guess 3300ish.

Dang, I missed the dot. I colored over the plate last night and guess I screwed up, lol. Sadly my video card is bad and my colors are whored. What color is the paint over the plate? I was trying to match the gunmetal but gave up after a long while.
