So today i was casually driving my car, on my way to pick up my brother.... So im sitting at a red light and hear some strange weed wacker sound.... im like wtf...
As i wait i friggin see this honda civic hatch rolling up with the driver bumping his lame *** music to the max and playing it cool... When the driver looked at me, i just started cracking up, which i guess seemed a bit rude to him, so all of a sudden he starts revving it up which makes me laugh even harder... I figured he wanted to race, so i decided to play along...

So as soon as the light turned green i mashed the pedal to the floor causing slight wheel chirp By about 50mph i had a solid car on him and due to traffic shut down....

His car looked almost identical to this with a bigger fart can and a 5 spd off course...

Now i wasnt exactly driving my transam at the time but rather my newly acquired 2006 ford taurus se with a 155hp vulcan in it.... :roflmao:

I drove a '96 Taurus for a time back in high school... lost a race to my best friend's mom's '95 Dodge Caravan 4cyl . But I will say I prefer that engine (and the car in general) to the 4cyl Fusion when it comes to taking trips and grocery-getting.

yea, taurus might not have the power... but its damn comfortable...

its alright for a dd, but yea, a dohc model would be much better though, bt since i got it for 3500 with 16K miles i couldnt pass it up, might even resell for 5

Yeah, gotta love Taurus resale value. My grandmom's "old" 2002 Taurus SE is sitting in my mom's driveway right now. She could sell it, but there's nothing worthwhile she could get for the money.

i think its more likely he did it because he's a ricer. if you pulled up to my TA and started laughing at me i'd wonder if somebody drew a dick on my forehead with a sharpie or something, the last thing i'd think about is starting a race with a taurus. having said that i'd love to see the look on his face when he lost lol.

God reminds me of this *** here with a civic hatch with no muffler and his license plate says sleeper. He rolled up on me in my girls g5 one day and was revving and mean muggin so we honked it off from about a 25 roll and by 55-60 i had him by maybe a car-car and a half. That **** is great.
