Default Porsche GT2 vs O2' CETA

Came up on what turned out to be a 2008 Porsche GT2 on the highway and was an older gentleman that really was not interested in play time. I hung back and turned my system on running a 100 shot (crank rating). Got on an open stretch with only he, and I and a 2001 Mustang GT. The GT was behind us as I crept up beside him again doing 65...well the old guy looks at me, smiles and hits the gas from which I followed suit. The car hit well and lost just a bit of traction as the Porsche snuggled in and pulled a quick car on me. We held that pretty well through 3rd, shifted to my power gear in 4th and pulled about a 1/2 car back and held. Ran all the way to 150 as he started to pull a bit on me...when I killed he was up by perhaps 3/4 car.

We slowed and spoke going down the road at 30 with him being very impressed...said he thought would run off and leave me, but the American muscle held her own.

Looked back at our Ford bretheren and he was pacing 10-12 cars back. Actually was pretty impressed with my car as those are beasty vehicles putting down around 550 hp, and top end around 205. They boast 1/4 times in the low 11's.

that one would have been nice to video..was a good run. Was by myself during the day and driving a manual...haven't figured out the art of videoing in this situation.

Very honorable death OP. Those Porshe's are badass. Unusual amount of respect coming from the old rich guy. They usually think their **** don't stink.

I was surprised to see him take off...he stayed in his after I got out. I would bet he got 175 in that car..pretty impressive.
