Default Fun Day today

OK, well i dont drive my car every day, infact im getting ready to do H/C, but today i took it out to stretch its legs out. My friend who helps me work on my car and vice versa, was rolling next to me in his 01 GT 5 speed. we have raced, no biggie, he knows ill win, whatever, anyway, we just did lowering springs on his car(eibach sportlines). His whip is LTs, magnaflow H-pipe, cat-back, TB(forget what size), 3.73s, pullies and 315 nitto drs, 04 cobra style hood and one hell of a driver mod( did 13.80s with just the 3.73s and a hacked up stock exhaust on street tires), anyway, we roll up too a light and its just me and him, well i wanted to launch my car on the MTs with the new stall, so he just figures he would run for ***** and giggles, well light turns green, and i spin all through 1st and 2nd and the beggining of third, but he didnt take off, just stayed next to me until i hooked and took off, well as im spinning, next too him some hommie in a chrysler 300C with what looked like 24"s and those retarded chrome thingies that go on the front fenders, ya know, the ones that stick on and look like chrome, i think they actually come stock on some buicks, anyway, he was already moving when the light turned green and he gets next to my buddy and tries to pass us lookin at us all tough, well i catch and im gone, my buddy pulls him bit by bit as they go, then me and him shut down and he flies by us. Well we catch-up farther down the road and he tells my buddy he has headers and thats it. Never heard of anybody modding a 300c like that, but whatever, it was funny i thought. My buddy was happy cause he was saying afterwards, in his gt, stock, the 5.7 hemis would out-run him up top, but he definatly pulled away this time. All in all, i knew i would spank those guys, i guess im really bragging about my buddies GT. Sorry for the long post. bored.

you spun through 3rd gear in an automatic with drag radials.

I can't even do that with a converter and 150 shot

What is up with those stick on chrome vent things on the front fender? It seems like every car i see that has 20 plus inch wheels that are chrome have those stick on fender vents. Who came up with that? It looks retarded.

I'd love to see some pics of that 300C. Sounds like the owner has some ghetto-fabulous tastes.

Those vents are required mods when you put those dumbass 24" wheels on the car. They are required to keep the dumbass theme going around the whole vehicle. Good kill Op.

It is, also considering when he bought the car it had 60,000 miles and now, after just getting back from across country for the 4th time( he is from cali and stationed in va with me) it has 130,xxx miles now and stronger than ever. it gets plenty of love from royal purple products.
