Raced A 2007 C6 Vette.

Raced A 2007 C6 Vette. I was at my friends house and we were standing in the driveway talking and I saw a SOM C6 whiz by on a main street. So I ran to my car to try and catch him. My buddy hopped in with me and we rolled up on him, and he was gabbing a bit so we gabbed back.
We asked "You wanna run it?" and he said "You Wanna Go To Doty?" and I was like "F**k Yeah". So we rolled up there and set up.
1st Run, I beat him. He planned to let me go and then catch/pass me, but my top end held a length on him till we shut it down.
2nd Run. We were even until 3rd gear and then he just walked away. Got me by 2 cars.
I weigh 150lbs. He was about 200lbs and his passenger was about 175lbs.
I also ran An M3(Lost-No Traction) Nismo 350Z(Won) C5 Z06(Lost-We didn't get a good run, but when we shut down I was spinning and behind by a 1/2 Car)
Fun Night.

Ahhhh Man, Newbie Moment 
It looked like Sunset Orange I thought. It was "Sex On Wheels" In Atomic Orange Though.
We rolled to the spot together on the highway, and it just looked so good cruising at 55mph. I'd never seen a Base C6 go "all out" in a drag race, so I was excited about running Him. The weight differences say a lot too. He had about 400lbs worth of driver/passenger and pulled me from 3rd till we shut down.
Bro my car is 100% Stock. I "guess" you can count my LS6 intake, but it's an 02' so......
As far as Traction, after Doty got "active", someone got the idea to pour antifreeze on the ground, so I spun to like 40mph every run. I've never gotten so sideways in my life and it was scary because people line up on the side of the road. It was aggravating too because it's like, "F**K I'm Trying to WIN, Stop Sliding!" lol.
Me and the LS1 Vette both shut down due to fishtailing, we were like "F**k Hitting Anybody", and The M3 had a VERY good driver(good friend of mine). The Nismo, I beat because of "top" end. I passed him from 60-110. It was a fun/long night.
Vette spotted @ 9pm- Last Race @2am.

nice runs Mr. Chi. What all is done to your car again? And I'm sure the Z06 would have handled you given a good run lol
