Default Kicked a Ricestang with my T/A

So I got out of the gym last week and was heading home when I notice this mustang flying up behind me. It had a full body kit, hood with gills, and walmart tint job. I didn't think anything of it and just kept on driving normally. Next thing I know he goes flying up my *** and darts around me full throttle. When it gets in front of me I notice it has duel exhaust, but it didn't sound anything like a v8 so I'm guessing it had to be a v6'er. Then he started to back off and rev in the lane next to me. i didn't want to do anything as there was traffic around. I snapped this pic really quick (sorry for the crap quality)

So traffic parted and it was just us with him in front of my car going about 35. Next thing i know he guns it, so I return the favor and gun it. When he started he was 3 car lengths in front. Basically a caught him, passed him in the right lane, and walked him even though he had the advantage. During the whole time he had it pegged and that v6 sounded like it was about to die. It's not a good kill, but it's more of a spanking that this ricer mustang owner needed. Come to find out a couple days later, he lives in the same set of condos as one of my buddies.

My 01 ws6 t/a is stock btw.

Good job on the spanking but he probably didn't learn from it.

He'll see you and talk to you and tell you your car is fast, but the money he is saving on gas and insurance, is going towards a turbo. Then he'll race you for slips..blah blah blah.

V6 Mustangs...all the utility of a 2-door and all the power of a minivan. What a potent combo!

Enterprise, Avis, Budget, and the other rental car companies literally pack their lots with these cars. I don't even know if you can rent a good 'ol fashion GT vert anymore.

Yeah, you can. They not common though. If it weren't for the sixxers the V8s wouldnt' be here, IMO. it's when someone owns one and tries to race it like a V8.

I'm kinda excited that the avis at ohare is stocking '10 camaro's. granted they are v6's, but not shabby for a v6.

Is the new V6 Camaro faster than the original V8 from the 60's?

Good kill but he likely didn't learn anything from it. If he driving a V-6 stang with a body kit that demonstrates a level of retardation that is not curable.

^yeah, thats what I don't get. For the money he spent to make his car look fast, he could have actually bought a GT and been fast.

That's a tough question, back in the 60's Chevrolet offered 4 or 5 different V-8 options, from a 2 barrel 327 up to a COPO 427
