YES i got my race!!!
Ok i had posted a thread on the Texas section in this site.....i have wanted to race a new camaro and was asking to get a race with some of the guys from texas........well there i am im SHERMAN texas and up pulls a teal color SS pulls up next to me on PKWY...i give a rev and he returns with a rev of his own......we get on HWY 82 and go from a 25 roll...im not gunna lie i was JACKED i couldnt bel this was happening.....he lets me honk it off i guess he fig i needed all the help i could get...3rd honk we hit it and i pull a fender through the rest of my first gear....we take it up to 115 and i get him by 1/2 a car but i was up by 1 1/2 car by 90 and the SS started to suck me back in.....the new SS i a really good top end car...all in all i wasnt shocked that my stang is a better low end car......GM did make a nice on though

I don't know... I personally can't believe that a properly driven SS, whether it auto or the LS3, couldn't suck a pretty stock Mustang in on the roll. Unless I'm giving to much credit to the autos. I believe my tuner ran 107 in his stock and 110 tuned... Could have been a LS3 not properly shifted though... Either way, you hurt some guys feelings pretty bad i'd say.

HUH......Im not cammed my mods are in my sig....and yes it is a 06 GT...and the SS was an auto....from the way i pulled im curious what gear ratio do they have is it the 273's that are in the vette??? i did all of my pulling on the low end...like i said at 90ish i stopped pulling and he started sucking me back in....id say by 120 or 125 he would have been out in front and gone
