First of all, i would like to apologize for the quality. It was too dark and i had no cameraman. The first run was from about a 10mph roll to third, where i missed third and got into traffic. The second run i didnt work the clutch enough and bogged like a s.o.b. The third run i missed third again! Damn stock clutch components! His car was bone stock. He purchased 3 weeks prior. My car has stock bottom end, heads, cam, lt's, slp mass air, cai, no cats, full magnaflow exhaust, stock tune, stock trans, stock rear, and lots of rear suspension work. I spoke with him between rounds 2 and 3, really cool guy. I suggested we try a highway run and he wasnt up for it even though i told him he would more than likely walk me good. hope you enjoy.
i also got some video action of me against i believe was a 01 gt with a s/c(not very fast). and a murder of a 350z. i will try to get those up this weekend.

ive missed 3rd a couple times, but man you need to hit that damn gear!! especially when you're racing!!!!
and what is holding your camara? i find myself in these situations all the time ( no camara man).

not sure if you remember but i was the one wanting to see the proof in your last thread. sorry im late getting in, i never really come in to the SR&K regularly, just in bits. ill try and fix that. props for actually getting out and getting vids.
i wouldnt really say you held him off, since it looked like you got him from the punch then he would come back around right before you missed. car looks as it runs strong though, but that z06 was still outta your league, but i would have raced him too & im slower than you 
work on your shifting, and bring a cameraman next time and youll be good. ill be waiting for those other videos too

thats whitbys old car after matt had it. glad to see its racing again. That car has needed the tick since whitby had it. I will see you sometime in tulsa we can hit a race up. Are you pretty much going to stick with the heads and cam in it or go bigger.

yeah thats his old car. so at least someone knows this car is no slouch. i have had some **** talkers on here. i dont know what im going to do. i am thinkin of going with a different cam, better clutch, gears, and a little spray! yeah it needs the tick badly! i hate in the middle of a race when i have to pull the clutch pedal up. i will most likely be out friday tearin the streets up again. so if you guys are out, you'll see me.

well wssick, we will have to see next time. in all actuality, he may have pulled me later on, but it didnt happen so we will never know. the new z06 puts down between 440-450 at the wheels on a good day, where mine would probably be 420-430. if anything, it would be very close. i wouldnt say he is out of my league by any means though. i carry my camera everywhere so next time i come across one, which there are plenty around town, i will be ready to get some better footage for you. by the way, what is done to you ride and how does it run?

my car is currently not running, started a header swap the other day, then the girlfirend got hit by a truck, her, not her car (stupid ******* drunk drivers) so i had to kinda put a hault on the car. i just bought the car not too long ago, and i had to rebuild the rear so this was my first real mods. itll be LTs to some TDs when im done, with 3.73's. next month i might buy a bottle, i dunno yet.

02camaro i wont be out for atleast 2 more weeks the car is in the body shop do to some worthless peace of trash. You work with michael so we can set something up soon as i get it back and put some miles on the trans and clutch.

Man, I don't want to sound like a punk but that Z06 would of beating you bad. What mph is your top of 2nd gear?
Honestly, a 1st, 2nd gear "Race" isn't really a race.
But, don't take it the wrong way or anything as you knew that it would take you out.

hopefully i can get one to hit the highway with me. im going out tonight so maybe we will see. i have already seen a couple ferraris and a c6 so who knows? honostly i dont know what second gear tops out at. right now untuned with the stock 6000-6200 rev limit, probably somewhere between 80-90? through third would be a nice race. thanks for the encouragement! cough.cough..********.. just kidding! im use to it by now.
