srt-4 vs my 2000 ls1 ta So I'm on my way home with my wife in the car and an srt-4 turns into the intersection right as my light turns green so he's already like 4 cars away from me. but he is going really slow. I come up just driving a normal speed and get up on his *** he still has about a car on me, and I'm in second gear at around 2800 RPM's cause I had a feeling he was going to do something cause he waited for me. He then punches it, and I dump my clutch a little so I can get a bit more RPM and go. I was right on his *** through second and then he hit his 3rd and began to pull on me, right about then I hit third and started to catch him. I get half way through third and I am pulling up on his *** starting to catch him good, and then the little ******** cuts me off!! He puts his hand out the window and give me a thumbs down. he has slowed down a lot by this time so I get on his other side to go for round 2 and show him who the better car is. and he turns off into a neighborhood... I hate these races more than anything!!
I have been beat by srt-4's before, so I don't underestemate them. I'm sure I would have beat this guy though.

yeah theres a few quick ones around here, these few guys call themselves "team spoold." i have yet to see any of them race anything, but they sure do love letting you know they have a BOV....kinda gets annoying. there is one REALLY quick one around here on forged internals, bigger turbo and E85 and his turbo is holding him back haha. he makes 400 to the wheels, but thinks with his new turbo and a new tune he can hit 450-480ish, but then hes gotta run slicks/ DRs.

when ppl do that ****.. i follow them (long enough to get my point accross, short enough to not scare ne one or get shot) and work my way to beside them and ask the pussies to run a real race... and hopefuly they have a woman in their car to embarrass em in front of either by A. they decline, or B. they get beat

I had some *** in a Yellow Integra do that to me, and I was pulling HARD, had to slam on the brakes so I wouldn't hit him.
He wouldn't let me get beside him, instead he threw on his hazards and tried to keep me behind him.

Yeah man. I definitely would have caught this guy by the time I hit 4th. I was starting to catch up and then he just cut me off... It just bothered me so bad. Like I said earlier maybe I'll meet up with him again someday and get my revenge.
