Default 04 GTO Vs SRT4 Caliber

SRT car has a downpipe and a Mopar stage 1 ECU I believe.
GTO has Long tubes, ported throttle body, running open cut outs and a DLR tune.

The GTO has some clutch issues to figure out but it held up for these races.

Though, I had a friend who had the audactiy to say if you put $2k into one of those srt4s they would be faster than my car. Stupidity at its finest..

I'm in the process of having my 1st gen neon converted to an srt4 setup...so if your friends car went 13.2 bone stock...I'm hoping to be in the 12s since mine will have a lil more power and less weight

I'm not so sure how great the goat driver was, he got outlaunched in both races from a dig by a FWD car...
That SRT4 seemed pretty damn quick, probably mid to low 13's.
Too bad they never made the damn things AWD.

And wait... This "stock" 13.2 second SRT4... That was with it gutted, right???

I know not what you speak of. Nah...

Most of them aren't reading through the thread to see my post.
The ones who did read it are convinced I am the Trans Am owner...

BALD Street tires and being about 42 degrees out when the race took place could of been some factors of the shitty launches LOL

Godo races no doubt but you cant blame tire spin through 4 gears . if you spun off the line i can see why you wouldnt pull but when you bang through 4 gears and never pull, i dont see you spinning that much from a dig. good races though.

Ok well that is stupidity at its finest. haha. His car prolly runs like high 12's with less the 1500 spent. Of course thats buying everythign used and waiting for the deals.

High 12's can be had with a wastegate, 3" downpipe, a good set of slicks, and a good driver. Much cheaper than 1500 bucks.
