Foreign Relations - 02' Trans Am vs Ferrari F430 Coming to work today I see this guy coming up 59 just before 8...hauling major booty. Comes up beside me, revs and takes off weaving through traffic. I'm like..screw that so follow...kind of. Man, he was going in and out, side to side...couldn't hang, so laid back and just kept going keeping him in sight.
Get to the toll booth at Westheimer and am closer...he takes off again and I let him go. Come around the corner converging on I10 and there he is..stuck behind traffic
. . I pick it up and get right behind him revving the engine...he revs and revs and revs. Come around the loop coming on 10 going west and in front is wide open. Doing 55 he drops down and takes off with me right behind him. Couple seconds and I am moving around to his right coming up on him..with my phone in my hand. Come up right beside him and take a pic as I go araound. Let off at 150 about 3/4 car ahead of him.
I let off, he comes up and is a Saudi Arabian dude about 30...doesn't even look but soon as he gets beside me throws it down and hits the off ramp. He nails it going down the feeder and comes back up on the next on ramp...just so he doesn't have to get up beside me....what a punk! What is it that Jim Carrey says soooo well.....loo--oo--ser.
Below is the exact car...color..everything. I have pics in my camera...what was the movie..oh yeah Top Gun. Was practicing foreign relations as i went by flipping the bird.....yeah baby.

If you are stock, like you apear in your signature, he should have walked away from you with ease, especially at 150mph. Guy must not have been in the right gear or something cause that car is lighter than yours and about 130 hp more than yours.

Nice kill OP.
Had a the same car in red sitting at a red light right next to me about this time last year. I revved it up and tried just to mess around and he didn't even budge off the light. I guess he didn't want to look dumb in his 200K + car. Even though he would've walked me ... hehe.

I will upload it tonight as was on my phone and don't have the UPC here. Lets see how this comes out...under the hood shot. won't load..will have to pull it from my home computer.
Just had the car redynoed and a bit more tuning at lunch.....

when he hit those feeder ramps I'm sure he was trying to get you to race him on his turf: cornering. Bet his azz would be suprised if he found out how good LS1 Fbodies can handle with good tires on! At least good enough to make it a drivers race on a set of constant radius onramp turns I bet. lol THAT would be the ultimate Ferrari kill- to smoke him on a straightaway and ride his bumper around a couple corners, too! lol
