Cool Why are V8's so great?

A buddy of mine has a 69 Chevelle SS and said something about how great this forum was so I thought I'd check it out...

I haven't tuned any V8's yet, but I'm pretty good with imports. I turned this....

into this...

I'm not just into Honda's either... I tuned this Supra too.

Check out this sick headlight conversion I did! These are Nissan Z32 headlights (300zx for those of you who may not know the import-lingo)

I want to do the same thing to one of these... 97 Camaro SS... that would look so sweeet!

I'm also a pretty good driver. I created this diagram the other day after watching this sweet anime called Initial D. You need to check it out! It'll teach you v8's guys some cornering techniques!

Oh yea I forgot, please don't do those headlights to a Camaro. They look like *** on the Supra I imagine it would look worse on a Camaro. But hey its your **** do what you like.

I prefer NAWZ over NOS. Some of the idiots on here use nitrous, but what do they know?

Say it right... N-O-S ...respect... Well the nitrous is just stage II, stage III will be a custom turbo setup. But I might as well get the nitrous tune dialed in first ya know?

Yes I have driven one. I didn't say they were ****. I said the headlights look like ****. Big difference. Now that reading comprehension class is over how about you post up the pics you were talking about.

BTW all the regulars check out his profile. Its entertaining.

reeelax, the cell phone camera doesn't wanna work right now...

Phase II Hopefully done by next year...

*means I have it or have done it already

- Headwork (basic shave and rebuild.)
- ARP Headstuds
- OBD1 Conversion
- Upgrade fuel system. (Bigger pump, larger hard lines w/ bungs for compression fittings, fuel pressure regulator.)
*- Additional Injectors
*- AIC controller
*- Nitrous kit (wet shot using the additional injectors)
- Ignition Box
- Equal-length halfshafts.
*- FC Oil Cooler
*- FC Turbo II Seats
- Gauges (Fuel Pressure, Oil pressure, Oil temp, Water temp, Water pressure, Exhaust temp, Air/fuel Ratio)
- Cold-air box
- Adjustable shocks (rear only) to get rid of the ***-hop
- Nice-sounding Straight-pipe exhaust
*- Sparco Suede "D" wheel
- Late model A20 two-piece Intake manifold (or custom manifold if additional injectors cannot be fitted to stock manifold)
- Finish sound-deadening removal and coat interior with Lizard Skin.
- Set of good wheels/tires for track-use.
- Upgraded pads.
- Stainless brake lines.
- Homemade lower-body Aero (air dam, underbody tray(s), diffuser)
- Homemade under-hood Aero (reverse cowl vent for radiator, brake ducts)
- Headlight conversion of some sort
- Bushings
- Wheel bearings
- Wheel studs
- Motor mounts
- Nars-Super-special racing stripes

Phase III
- Garret 28 series Turbo (that's why I'm not planning for a high compression head job)
- Wideband
- Cage
- Harness
- Additional set of good wheels/tires for street-use.
- Rear disc conversion
- Upgraded rotors
- Adjustable brake proportioning valve
- Coil overs
- Downforce Aero (Canards, Wing)

Cool My Killlllss

Oh yeah I should talk about some Kills huh? Well most recently, in the Supra I was cruisin along blasting some ****... I have like the worlds greatest stereo in the Supra btw... and this old ugly as buick or pontiac or whatever from the 70's rolls up and starts revving on me. I could tell it was a V8.

Now I'm not a streetracer, so I was like lets take this to the highway! so they pulled behind me and then I took the right-hand entrance to the onramp so fast I got like 6 car lengths on em accellerating up the onramp before they even clearned the corner!

So then I let them catch up, and the dudes like haning out the window bashing on the doors saying go-go-go, so I drop it into 3rd and we go for it. That old car kept up better then I expected I admit... but I was willing to go faster at least cause they dropped behind me as soon as we hit a buck or so. Gotta have ***** to drive fast ya know?
