my mods in sig. his mods were 3200 stall, unknown cam specs, full exhaust, and tune

well he just spun from a dig. i ran mine with slicks at the track and got a 12.6 with 6000 DA and he ran a 12.8 in unknown DA

looks like you got that extra little hit from the 6 speed and thats all that mattered in the run. Good race, sounds like he needs to have a better suspension and tires.

6,000' DA. OUCH! That comes out to a corrected time of 11.8 in the 1/4 according to Drag Times DA calculator. I would assume he has a small cam? LS6 cam maybe?

ya my track elavation alone is 3700 feet. and it gets pretty dam hot here in west texas and east new mexico. i dont think it was an ls6 cam. she loped pretty nice

ya i got the 98 z28 with the shity stock 806 heads. lol according to the internet, the vortec 350 heads flow more than the 806s lol. my only other engine mods are an ls6 intake

good video and good race. im glad to see some good daytime vids. I think if the trans am was holding a gear instead of letting it downshift it woulda been dead nuts.

Dyno numbers mean nothing.. I have a 226/228 .588 114 ported 102/92 ported/milled 317s and only put down 380Rwhp... I cut 1.4X short times and run bottom-flat 7.X@95+mph though in 2000+DA, full weight car.
