Default 2000 z/28 vs CTS-V vs Evo 9

Had a few fun runs tonight... First a quick rundown of the cars...
Mine:
TEA Stg 2.5 5.3 Heads
228r cam
LS6 intake
Long tubes
Lid
FTRA
MWC 9" w/ 3.90s
Shitty Y pipe w/ bullet hanging off it (I swear if I would change out my exhaust I'd pick some up)

CTS-V: (to the best of my knowledge)
Trex cam
Long tubes
4.10s

Evo:
Intake
Exhaust
21lbs

We hopped on the freeway and decided to go from a 30 roll, me in the left lane, evo in the middle, and the V on the right...
Evo honked it off, V got the hit. The Evo immediately fell WAAAAY behind (he texted me later and said it was freight train lengths lol)
The V jumped out about 2ish cars, but I was coming back pretty good so we kept going. I got even with him in upper 4th gear and was pulling pretty hard past in 5th.
We got off the freeway, turn around and go again the other way, me in the left (I was camera car, footage will be in the next TSC street action vid), V in the middle, and Evo in the right. I honk it off this time, and get the hit. Like before, the Evo looked like it was standing still, and I immediately got out a few cars and continued to pull pretty hard on the V....
All in all, a fun night!

The evo was at a major power disadvantage..What was he thinking. With mods mentioned he might had 325awhp..What year CTS-V?

Good Kill!

Haha, the kid w/ the evo knew he was going to get raped. He just got the car like 3 days ago, so he wanted to see if it had any *****. Cool kid though, my bosses son. The V is an 04, silver w/ black wheels. Looks really good.

21psi is around what the stock boost level is for an EVO IX.

However, with how the wastegate solenoid is set up from the factory, it spikes to 21psi at midrange, and quickly falls down as the RPMs increase.

If he has a MBC, he can hold that 21psi to redline, and make a lot more power.

Yeah, I didn't know what the stock boost level is for an Evo. I do believe he has an MBC though.
